Bill Bachenberg is state politician and businessman based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He is the former CEO of DBSi, a data services company, and now serves as the firm’s senior advisor. Bachenberg and his family own a shooting range called Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays and he has been a member of the board of the National Rifle Association since 2005.
In politics, Bachenberg supported David McCormick’s 2022 Senate campaign and hosted a fundraiser attended by Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas). Bachenberg was also a delegate at the 2020 Republican National Convention and in October 2020, helped organize a visit by Trump to HoverTech International, a medical equipment company.

- The House Select Committee investigating the insurrection subpoenaed Bachenberg for information related to his role in the assault on the Capitol.
The Big Lie
- The House Select Committee also subpoenaed Bachenberg in conjunction with his role in the fake electors scheme. In particular, the committee requested information about the Trump supporters who allegedly met on Dec. 14, 2020 and plotted to submit false Electoral College certificates from Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—all states won by Biden. In the fake certificate submitted by Pennsylvania, Bachenberg is named as “Charperson, 2020 Pennsylvania Electoral College Meeting.”
