Kenneth Chesebro is a Harvard-educated attorney who was the legal architect of the fake electors scheme to prevent congressional certification of President Biden’s electoral win in 2020. In October 2023, he struck a plea deal in the Georgia racketeering indictment, promising to testify against Trump if called on to do so as the case unfolds.
